What is Friendly Type?

Friendly Type is a new reading format that works the way your eyes work.

In Friendly Type, words are
arranged in clusters.
(Read Down)
When reading in Friendly Type,
when we complete a column,
we then make an upward sweep to the next column.
Since there are only a few columns on each page,
the risk of going to the wrong column,
and rereading or skipping material, is much reduced.
Also, Friendly Type
is more enjoyable than conventional text.
The clusters of words create cadence and rhythm
that is otherwise missing from long lines of conventionally written text.
Try reading a sample, either aloud or silently to yourself,
and see for yourself how Friendly Type is an improved reading experience.
"Having been involved in numerous productions,
I also could see that cast members
who normally struggle with line learning who used the
Friendly Type script consistently,
were much improved."

A Scandal in Bohemia

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

To Sherlock Holmes she is always THE woman.
I have seldom heard him mention her under any other name.
In his eyes she eclipses and predominates the whole of her sex.
